Bunnahabhain 18yo, 46,3%vol.
Au nez : Accueillant et délicat, il révèle ses notes de miel et d’amandes sur fond d’iode et de notes salées, alors que des arômes de toffee et de cuir boisé se font sentir à l’aération.
En bouche : Très bel équilibre au palais, marqué par des notes douces et fruités de noisettes au Xérès et par un boisé d’une grande finesse. Le milieu de bouche est un entremêlement interminable de notes sèches et d’épices s’évanouissant subtilement.
La finale : La dégustation termine par se fondre en une finale assez longue mais légère et marquée par l’iode et le Xérès. Très persistant, un malt à déguster plutôt en fin de repas.
